A group of religious scientists have come up with an interesting new theory that any human brain untroubled by stimuli would be able to sense the presence of God. Finding a willing volunteer, an old man with a terminal illness, they painstakingly seal off his nerve endings. Then they sit back and wait. 3 Blood Chilling Cases of Killer Kids 3. Anthony Jacques Broussard Milpitas is a sleepy city just north of San Jose, California. In the early 1980s the city had a population of about 38,000 people. According to the newspaper San Francisco Weekly, it was best known for being the home of a large landfill. On November 3rd, 1981 14-year-old Marcy Conrad skipped her afternoon classes at Milpitas High School, and she went to the home of Anthony Jacques Broussard . Broussard was 16 years old and he attended the same high school. Broussard was a large young man. He stood 6 foot 4 and he weighed 240 pounds. Broussard was apparently on LSD that afternoon. He said Marcy was sitting on his lap, and then she said something he didn't like. Apparently, she teased him about his dead mother. When Broussard was 7 he found his mother dead from natural causes in the shower. After her death, Broussard apparently started acting strangely. According to sources, he had made numerous requests to his doctor to have his legs amputated so he could get in and out of his sports car more easily. When his doctors refused, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Hepburn attempted to remove one of his legs with a hacksaw figuring that his doctor's would have to finish the job he started.
